About the Owners

The home is owned by Julie and Jason Ascher.  Julie sells Real Estate for Re/Max of Boulder, and Jason recently sold an Internet marketing and web development company.  Oldest daughter Kaylie Ascher (18) will be attending the University of Iowa this fall, and Max and Ruby (3.5 year old twins) have not yet started school.

Julie and Jason, and Max and Ruby are looking to spend the next 6 months to 1 year, traveling and living outside of the country.

“We absolutely love this house and Boulder!  We are at a point in our lives where we have a bit of freedom, and it doesn’t look like it will be around for long…  Kids will be starting school soon…  Jason will start another company…  The Real Estate market will get crazy again.”
